RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
If the product didn’t meet your expectations and you would like to change or your products were faulty when you received them, you can exchange your products.
In all cases, any products sent in for an exchange must be in perfect condition and unused. Otherwise, we will not be able to proceed with the exchange. If you are struggling to find the correct packaging for your shipment, we suggest you use the small box you received with your initial order
Send us an email to email@example.com letting us know why you want to change your items and we will guide you on this. Kiwi+Pomelo will not cover the shipping cost.
Exchanges will be accepted up to 15 days after you receive your order.
Should you want to proceed with the exchange of any product of a different price, any difference will be settled through PayPal or bank wire transfer.
Returns will be accepted up to 15 days after you receive your order.
If you did not receive your items in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
